What the heck does that even mean?
Determining whether a stock, ETF, or futures contract is parabolic means identifying if that symbol or contract is overextended. Has that symbol or contract reached a level where price is unsustainable? A stock can move swiftly to the upside, but does that mean it’s parabolic/overextended?
It’s an important question because this is where you’re going to find the pullbacks, also known as… buying opportunities!
